Let's talk
Describe the bottleneck, the vision, or the busywork eating your week. We will map out exactly what to build or set up, and what it costs. No commitment, no pressure.

Management / Domain & Email
Your domain, your professional email, set up right. Branded mailboxes, the deliverability records most people skip, and a setup tied to your website and inbox. You own the domain outright.
Set up my domainThe problem
You are still sending invoices and quotes from a free gmail or yahoo address, and it quietly costs you trust on every message. Meanwhile the domain itself is registered somewhere you cannot log into, set up years ago by a past vendor or a relative, so when something breaks nobody can reach the account to fix it.
Worse, the quotes and replies you do send keep vanishing into customers' spam folders because the technical setup underneath is wrong, and you never even know the message was missed. Domain in one place, email in another, website somewhere else, none of them connected. We put all of it under one roof, set up correctly, and registered to you.
What changes
A branded email address is one of the cheapest, highest-return signals of legitimacy you can send. When a quote arrives from you@yourbusiness.com instead of a free account, the customer reads it differently before a single word. It says this is an established operation that takes itself seriously, and that perception follows you into the price you can charge and the trust you start with.
Your name on every message
Your domain in the address, in the website link, and in the signature. Consistent branding on every touch with a customer.
Trust before you say anything
A professional address quietly answers the question every new customer is asking: is this a real, dependable business?
One identity across the team
Every person on staff sends from the same domain, so customers always know the message came from you, not a stranger.

Why Niewdel
Anyone can buy a domain and click through a sign-up. The part that decides whether your email actually reaches customers is the configuration underneath, and it is the part most setups get wrong. That is the work we do.
Your domain and branded email configured the right way, including the deliverability records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) most people skip. It is the difference between email that lands and email that quietly disappears into spam.
Not a standalone email box. Your domain points at your site, your mailboxes feed the unified inbox, and the whole thing runs as one system instead of three disconnected accounts.
MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME, the alphabet soup that breaks email when it is wrong. You never touch it. We do the work and document exactly what we set up.
The domain is registered to you, in an account you control. No lock-in, no holding your address hostage. If you ever part ways with us, everything stays yours.
The deliverability stack
When SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured, mail providers trust your domain and route you to the inbox. Skip them, and you land in spam.
Deliverability
The most expensive email problem is the one you never see. A quote goes out, the customer never gets it because it sat in their spam folder, and you look like you ignored them. The fix is not luck, it is configuration. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC tell mail providers your messages are genuinely from your domain, and when they are set correctly your email earns its way into the inbox. We do that work up front so deliverability is never a mystery you are debugging months later.
All three records configured
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set correctly from day one, not left blank the way most setups leave them.
Authenticated as really you
Mail providers can verify your domain sent the message, which keeps you out of the junk folder and protects your name from spoofing.
Documented, not a black box
We hand you a plain record of what was set up, so if anything ever needs to change you are not starting from zero.

How it works
A clear path from wherever your domain and email live today to a clean, branded, deliverable setup you own.
We register a new domain for you or move your existing one into an account you control. If it is buried with an old vendor, we handle the unlock and transfer so you finally own it cleanly.
We create professional addresses at your domain for you and your team on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with the right access for each person and any shared role addresses you need.
We set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly so the world trusts your email and your messages land in the inbox instead of the spam folder. This is the step almost everyone skips.
We point your domain at your website and wire your mailboxes into the unified inbox, so email, site, and customer messages all run as one connected system.
You get the logins, a plain summary of what was set up, and a working setup on every device. Most first builds ship in about two weeks or less.
Ownership
This is the part that protects you long after setup. The domain is registered to you, in an account in your name, with logins you hold. Your mailboxes, your records, your DNS, all of it documented so nothing is a mystery. If you ever decide to move on, you walk away with everything intact and nothing held hostage. We build it to run with us or without us.
Registered to you
The domain lives in an account you control, not buried inside a Niewdel login you cannot reach.
Plain documentation
A clear written summary of what was set up, so any future change starts from a known place instead of guesswork.
No lock-in, ever
Leave whenever you want and the domain, mailboxes, and everything tied to them stay entirely yours.

Your own domain, branded email for the whole team, deliverability done right, and you own all of it. No invented metrics, no fine print.
Common questions
Yes, completely. The domain is registered to you in an account you control, not held inside some Niewdel account you cannot reach. You own it outright. If we ever stop working together, the domain and everything tied to it stays yours with no strings.
Yes. Transferring an existing domain and migrating mailboxes is one of the most common things we do. We unlock the domain from wherever it lives now, move it into an account in your name, and carry your existing mail and contacts over so nothing is lost. If you have lost access to the old registrar, we help you recover it as part of the work.
This is the part most setups get wrong. We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, the three authentication records that prove your email is genuinely from your domain. When those are set correctly, mail providers trust your messages and deliver them to the inbox instead of the junk folder. It is the single biggest reason business email lands or disappears.
As many as your team needs. We can set up individual mailboxes for every owner and staff member, plus shared role addresses like info@, sales@, or billing@. You decide who gets access to what, and you can add or remove people as the business grows.
Both are first-class options and we set you up on whichever fits how you already work. If your team lives in Google tools, Google Workspace is usually the right call. If you are already in the Microsoft world with Office and Outlook, Microsoft 365 makes more sense. We give you a straight recommendation and configure the whole thing end to end.
Yes. Your branded email connects directly into the unified inbox, so customer messages from email and your other channels all land in one place. You answer everything from a single view instead of bouncing between accounts and tabs, and nothing slips because it went to an address nobody checks.
There is a one-time setup fee for the domain, mailboxes, deliverability records, and connections, plus the ongoing platform cost for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which is billed per mailbox by the provider. We give you the full breakdown up front so you know exactly what you are paying and to whom, with no surprises.
Most domain and email setups are done in about two weeks or less. A fresh domain with new mailboxes can be faster. A transfer with mail migration can take a little longer because domain transfers run on the registrar's clock, but we manage the whole timeline and keep your existing email working the entire time.
